Tonight Matthew I will be………….a night
of fun, undiscovered talent and hilarity was had by all who attended
the Karaoke evening. The shrinking violets (including myself) sat in
the corner whilst the more extrovert (and tuneful) strutted their stuff.
Unfortunately some of the participants sang in the key of ‘cat’ but
full marks for trying !!Who will forget the rendition of Barbie Girl
? !! A sumptuous and delicious spread was laid on by our hosts and consumed
voraciously by the superstars and the hangers on. Everyone waited for
the result……no contest… it was my girlfriend who now has bookings at
the Dog and Duck. I had never heard of a karaoke widow before.
